— WOOD-FIRED PIZZAS —
Mango's pizzas are baked with old world tradition in our 800 degree wood-burning oven. Our hand stretched pizzas consist of the finest ingredients; our fresh mozzarella comes from a small cheese maker in Connecticut, our produce is locally sourced when in season and our dough is made daily in our open kitchen.
Please note: Our crust will have delicious char marks and the shape of your pizzas may be irregular. We hope you enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy crafting it.
